Introduction of Gas Chromatography
Gas chromatography (GC) is a new separation and analysis technique, which can be divided into gas-solid chromatography (GSC) and gas-liquid chromatography (GLC). GC mainly utilizes the difference in boiling point, polarity, and adsorption properties of substances to realize the separation of mixtures. When a multi-component mixed sample enters the chromatographic column, due to the different adsorption capacities of the adsorbent on each component, the running speed of each component in the chromatographic column is also different after a certain period. The weakly adsorbed components are easily desorbed and leave the column first to enter the detector, while the most adsorbed components are the least desorbed and therefore leave the column last. In this way, the components can be separated from each other in the column.

Advantages of Our GC Columns
- With high sensitivity, it can analyze ultra-pure gases, macromolecular monomers, and air samples for trace impurities.
- Good selectivity and effective separation of various isomers and various isotopes with very similar properties.
- High efficiency to separate complex samples into single components.
- The analysis speed is fast, and the analysis of a complex sample can be completed within a few minutes to tens of minutes.
- Versatile for analysis of liquids and gases of all composition, regardless of content.
- A small amount of sample is required.
- The operation is relatively simple and the price is cheap.
