Introduction of Exosome

Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles produced by the fusion of intracellular multivesicular bodies and cell membranes. Exosomes can be recovered from plasma morphologically and functionally intact by SEC, which is the best method for separating them from most proteins. However, this method takes a long time and is not suitable for processing a large number of samples.
