Reversed Phase Chromatoaraphy Resin

Introduction of Reversed Phase Chromatoaraphy

Reverse phase chromatography (RPC) is an elution chromatography in which solutes are separated and purified by their differences in hydrophobicity. A stationary phase consists of a nonpolar reversed phase material and a mobile phase is made of an organic solvent diluted in water. With the rapid development of column packing, the application range of RPC has gradually expanded, and it has been applied to the analysis of some inorganic samples or easily dissociated samples.

Reversed-phase chromatography (RPC) is a purification approach distinguished by a hydrophobic stationary phase and a mixed polar/nonpolar mobile phase.Fig. 1 Reversed-phase chromatography (RPC) is a purification approach distinguished by a hydrophobic stationary phase and a mixed polar/nonpolar mobile phase. Principle of RPC

To separate the organic solvent components, RPC mainly uses various active surfaces and high-purity mutual separation. By selecting a suitable active surface, the chromatographic packing can effectively adsorb the components in the mixture and isolate them from it.

Outstanding Advantages of Our RPC Products

  • Simple operation, accurate test, and one-time separation of complex components.
  • Accurate quantitation and separation of components at very low concentrations.
  • Simultaneously complete the separation of the mixture and the visual detection of a single component.
  • Stable operation, effective time, low labor intensity, and large-scale application
  • Works with most organic solvents with fairly high separation efficiency

RPC is a separation analysis method, commonly used in organic synthesis and organic applications, which can be used to separate multiple components.

Features of Our RPC Resins

  • Various size selectivity
  • Strong mechanical stability
  • High purification ability and chemical stability
  • High resolution and selectivity
  • Strong product yield, service life, and performance

Our RPC products are mainly used in the analysis of weakly polar and non-polar small molecular substances with a relative molecular mass below 5000, especially below 1000.

Applications of Our Products

  • Analysis of high-purity Organics
  • Detachment of aromatic compounds
  • Separation of medicines, pesticides, insecticides, etc.
  • Analysis of coulometry and electrostatic chromatography
