• Radioisotope labeling

  Protein isotope labeling is a classic protein tracing and proteomics quantification technology. It belongs to in vivo labeling. The essential amino acids labeled with natural isotopes (light) or stable isotopes (heavy) are used to replace the corresponding amino acids in the cell culture medium. After 6 doubling cycles, the stable isotope-labeled amino acids were all incorporated into the newly synthesized protein of the cell to replace the original amino acids. The lysed proteins of different labeled cells are mixed in equal proportions according to the number of cells or the amount of protein. After separation and purification, they are identified by mass spectrometry, and the relative quantification is based on the comparison of the area of the two isotopic peptides in the first-level mass spectrogram.

• Biotinylated labeling

  The biotin labeling reaction is simple, gentle, and rarely inhibits antibody activity. Covalently binding biotin and antibody is a very simple and direct labeling method.

• Fluorescent labeling
