The Fractionation SEC Resin comprises high-performance size-exclusion resins created by coupling dextran to a cross-linked agarose backbone. The composite beads have an average particle size of ~35 μm, combining the favorable mechanical properties of agarose with the high selectivity of the dextran network. This product is designed to provide enhanced rigidity, improved resolution, and higher operational flow rates. It is suitable for desalting, buffer exchange, and group separation, as well as fractionation of peptides, proteins, nucleic acids, and other natural-product components with similar molecular weights.
