Anti-GST Nanobody Agarose Beads (hereinafter referred to as anti-GST beads) are obtained by covalently coupling nanobodies against the GST tag to agarose beads and are used to capture GST-tagged proteins and their closely interacting proteins in cell extracts from various organisms such as mammals, plants, bacteria, yeast, insects, etc.
Bead diameter
45 - 165 μm (4% cross-linked agarose beads)
Ligand
Nanobody against GST tag (fused with 6×his tag)
Binding capacity
Each 10 μL of anti-GST beads (including the suspension) binds 15 - 20 μg of the fusion protein with GST tag.
Reactivity
The fusion proteins bound to the GST tag and the proteins that closely interact with them.
