Product Overview This affinity resin is prepared by immobilizing p-aminobenzamidine on 4% cross-linked agarose, commonly used for purification or removal of serine proteases from biological samples. Benzamidine derivatives act as broad-spectrum inhibitors for serine proteases such as trypsin, thrombin, urokinase, kallikrein, and pre-kallikrein.
