• Product Overview: This affinity resin uses fine, high-rigidity agarose beads functionalized with Cibacron Blue 3 GA. It is physically and chemically stable, with durable ligands and broad applications. It binds proteins via specific interactions and non-specific mechanisms like charge. It has been widely applied to dehydrogenases, kinases, transferases, serum albumin, interferons, and plasma proteins. Compared with similar products, it tolerates higher pressures, making it suitable for rapid processing of large-scale samples.
