Product Overview Capto HiRes Q is prepacked columns for high-resolution purification of proteins and other biomolecules by ion exchange chromatography. They are well-suited for the preparation of highly pure proteins for structural studies and for protein analysis.
Description Capto HiRes Q is prepacked columns for high-resolution purification of proteins, peptides, polynucleotides, and other biomolecules by ion exchange chromatography, IEX.
The prepacked columns effectively separate biomolecules with small differences in net surface charge and are therefore wellsuited to preparation of highly pure proteins in, for example, structural studies and protein analysis.
