• Product Overview: The Circulating DNA Kit series uses superparamagnetic microspheres and prefabricated buffers to quickly and efficiently extract free DNA from 0.2 to 5mL of cell-free fluids, such as serum, plasma, and urine. The 70404 II kit is optimized specifically for automated free DNA extraction and is suitable for large volume automated nucleic acid extracters as well as for manual extraction. The quality of the extracted products is stable and reliable, which can be used for PCR amplification, sequencing and detection.
