• Product Overview: DNA Selection Beads are based on the principle of SPRI (Solid Phase Reverse Immobilization), and are suitable for the purification of PCR reaction products and DNA purification and fragment sorting in the construction of high-throughput sequencing libraries. This product combines the super-strong binding characteristics of carboxyl-modified magnetic beads, and simultaneously introduces an optimized ready-to-use binding solution. Users can adjust the dosage of reagents and mix them with a fixed volume of samples according to their own needs to separate DNA fragments of different sizes. The usage method and performance are the same as those of AMPure XP Beads.
