• Product Overview: GST Detection Module is used for identification of GST fusion proteins using either a biochemical or immunological assay.
  GST Detection Module enables sensitive detection of GSTtagged proteins and contains components.
  For detection using either a biochemical assay where glutathione and 1-chloro-2-4-dititrobenzene (CDNB) serve as substrates for GST to yield a yellow product detectable at 340 nm, or an immunoassay.
  GST Detection Module contains components sufficient for 50 detection reactions using both assays, and an instruction booklet.
• Applications: For identification of GST fusion proteins using either a biochemical or immunological assay GST Detection Module also includes a goat/anti GST polyclonal antibody suitable for use in Western blots.
