• Product Overview: This affinity resin is prepared by coupling glutathione to agarose gel for specific purification of Glutathione S-Transferase (GST) and GST fusion proteins. The GST tag aids soluble expression and maintains protein activity. Proteins from various sources can be purified in a single step under mild conditions, preserving bioactivity.
