| Product Overview | This High Performance affinity resin is prepared by covalently coupling heparin to fine, highly crosslinked agarose beads. It is a group-specific affinity medium, widely applied to purify enzymes such as antithrombin III, thrombin-like proteins, human coagulation factors IX, XI, VIII, lipoprotein lipase, collagenase, DNA polymerase, and various biomolecules including interleukins, growth factors, VEGF, HGF, FGF, etc. It offers high resolution, physical and chemical stability, durable ligands, long lifetime, and broad applications. |
