High-Capacity S Strong Cation Exchange Resin is an ultra-high-capacity strong cation-exchange chromatography resin, prepared by coupling sulfonate groups to dextran-grafted highly rigid agarose microspheres. The resin can withstand flow rates of over 3,000 cm/h and pressures of over 0.5 MPa, and has an ultra-high capacity that is less sensitive to residence time.
