High-Resolution CM Weak Cation Exchange Resin is a high-resolution, high-flow-rate weak cation-exchange chromatography resin, prepared by coupling carboxymethyl (CM) with the next-generation small-particle, highly rigid agarose gel microsphere. With an average particle size of 35 μm, this product still achieves flow rates above 900 cm/h. Thanks to optimized ion-exchange capacity (ligand density), the dynamic binding capacity of High-Resolution CM Weak Cation Exchange Resin for lysozyme exceeds 60 mg/mL at 2 min residence time. When purification scale is modest or the starting material is relatively clean (e.g., high-titer supernatant), this product can also achieve high purity in a single step.
