High-Resolution SP Strong Cation Exchange Resin is a high-resolution, high-flow-rate strong cation exchange chromatography resin based on highly rigid agarose microspheres functionalized with sulfopropyl (SP) ligands. With an average particle size of approximately 35 μm, the resin delivers high chromatographic resolution, low back pressure, and high mechanical stability. It exhibits a dynamic binding capacity of over 90 mg lysozyme/mL resin at a 2-minute residence time, making it well suited for purification of monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, enzymes, and other biomolecules in both process development and production-scale applications.
