• Product Overview: This HILIC silica gel delivers favorable multimodal hydrophilic interaction chromatography separation including partition mechanisms, allowing mobile phases containing high aqueous content. It is particularly suitable for HPLC analysis and preparative purification of strongly polar or hydrophilic compounds that are difficult to retain on conventional reversed-phase columns, with enhanced retention for strongly polar basic compounds. Eliminates the need for toxic solvents such as hexane and chloroform. The HILIC media features high column efficiency, favorable selectivity, high mechanical strength, chemical stability, and extended service lifetime, offering strong complementarity to reversed-phase materials.
