Description | HiTrap Benzamidine FF (high sub) are prepacked 1 mL and 5 mL columns for convenient, one-step removal and/or purification of trypsin, trypsin-like serine proteases, and zymogens including urokinase and prekallikrein. Removal of serine proteases is easily done directly from serum, monoclonal cell supernatants and bacterial lysates. |
