• Product Overview: HiTrap Capto S ImpAct columns are prepacked with Capto S ImpAct cation exchange chromatography resin for screening and small-scale protein purifications using ion exchange chromatography (IEX).
• Description: HiTrap Capto S ImpAct (1 mL and 5 mL) are prepacked columns for small scale purifications, as well as optimization of methods and parameters, such as sample load and binding conditions. HiTrap Capto S ImpAct columns provide fast, reproducible and easy separations in a convenient format. The columns are best utilized when they are connected to liquid chromatography systems.
