• Product Overview: HiTrap IEX Selection Kit is used for screening of the optimal ion exchange resin for specific application and development work.
• Characteristic: Fast and easy selection. Seven prepacked HiTrap columns, each containing a different Sepharose ion exchange resin (medium).
  Convenient way to screen for the optimal anion exchange (aex) or cation exchange (cex) resin for a given application.
  Excellent for optimization studies; buffer composition, pH, flow rate, and other parameters can be optimized with small samples before scale-up.
  HiTrap column format is designed for use with a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system.

• Maximum operating pressure: 5 bar [0.5 MPa] (70 psi)
• Sample preparation: The sample should be adjusted to the composition of the start buffer by buffer exchange using HiTrap Desalting, HiPrep 26/10 Desalting or PD-10 columns, see Table 5. The sample should be filtered through a 0.45 μm filter or centrifuged immediately before it is applied to the column.
• Recommended flow rate: < 4 ml/min

• Storage: 4 to 30°C, 20% Ethanol (Q, DEAE, ANX,CM), 20% Ethanol, 0.2 M Sodium Acetate (SP).
