• Product Overview: HiTrap Protein L columns are prepacked with Capto L affinity chromatography resin for purification of antibody fragments containing the kappa light chain.
• Characteristic: Suitable for the capture of a wide range of antibody fragments such as antigen-binding fragments (Fabs), domain antibodies (dAbs), and single-chain variable fragments (scFvs).
  Enables a platform approach to antibody fragment purification. High binding capacity, low ligand leakage, and selectivity for a broad range of antibody fragments reduces process time and amount of resin.
  Convenient for process development, as well as small-scale purification.
  HiTrap format enables easy connection to a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system such as an ÄKTA system.
• Maximum operating pressure: 5 bar [0.5 MPa] (70 psi)
• Storage: 2 to 8°C, 20% Ethanol
• Cleaning-in-place: 1. Wash the column with 3 CV binding buffer.
  2. Wash with at least 2 CV 15 mM NaOH. Contact time 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Wash immediately with at least 5 CV binding buffer.
