Solid phase extraction series products are magnetic microspheres coated with polymer adsorbent materials, such as hydrophilic lipophilic equilibrium reversed-phase adsorbent (HLB) and mixed weak cation exchange reversed-phase adsorbent (WCX), which efficiently capture and enrich the micro (trace) amount of the target analyte in the sample matrix. It can overcome the problems such as easy blockage and cumbersome operation in the sample processing of traditional solid phase extraction small column, making the separation and concentration process simple, fast and efficient. After the solid phase extraction step is complete, LC/LC-MS analysis can be performed by simply filtering the sample.
