Product Overview lgG Sepharose 6 Fast Flow uses the rigid Sepharose 6 Fast Flow matrix, covalently coupled with human IgG, to purify protein A-containing proteins.
Designed for rapid, single-step purification of protein A and protein A fusion conjugates.
Binds at least 2 mg protein A/mL resin.
Suitable for tandem affinity purification (TAP) of protein complexes.
Description IgG Sepharose 6 Fast Flow is based on the rigid Sepharose 6 Fast Flow matrix, with human IgG covalently coupled to it. The improved mechanical characteristics of this fast flow medium allows high flow rates to be used for rapid and convenient single step purification of protein A fusion protein conjungates produced in prokaryotic expression systems. IgG Sepharose can be used in combination with Calmodulin Sepharose for tandem affinity chromatography(TAP) purification of protein complexes.

Packing Column 1.lgG Sepharose 6 Fast Flow is supplied as a suspension in 50mM K2 PO4 , pH 7.2, 1mM MgCl2, 20% ethanol as preservative.
2.Pack the lgG Sepharose 6 Fast Flow suspension in any Cytiva column of suitable size. The column may be operated by gravity feed.
