| Cleaning-in-place | Wash the column with 1.5 ml 2 M NaCl after each run to elute material still bound to the column. If detergents have been used, rinse the column with 4 ml distilled water followed by 1.5 ml 2 M NaCl. Re-equilibrate the column until the UV baseline and conductivity are stable (usually at least 10 CV). |
