NHS Magnetic Bead Kit is a polymer based solid microsphere with NHS group modification on the surface of the bead. The particle size is 2 μm, and the desired buffer is bonded. It can quickly form stable peptide bonds with proteins and other molecules with primary amine groups. Mainly used in the field of analysis and detection (such as in vitro diagnosis, microbial detection, immunoprecipitation, immunocoprecipitation, etc.).
