• Characteristic: Flexible protocols with the ability to use gravity flow or centrifugation.
  Convenient desalting and buffer exchange of sample volumes of 0.1 mL to 0.5 mL for gravity and 0.2 mL to 0.5 mL with centrifugation. Replaces dialysis for desalting protein, which saves time and reduces labor.
  Filled with Sephadex G-25 Superfine resin.
