Product Overview This thiophilic affinity resin is prepared by immobilizing 2-mercaptopyridine onto fine, high-rigidity agarose beads. Optimized ligand density provides suitable affinity for supercoiled DNA, and the fine beads enhance binding capacity for large plasmids. It is suitable for large-scale plasmid purification in gene therapy, DNA vaccines, mRNA vaccines, and lentivirus processes.
