• Product Overview: The Plasmid Kit was extracted by double Magnetic Beads Method using an improved SDS alkaline cleavage method, avoiding high-speed centrifugation or vacuum filtration, which could achieve rapid adsorption and removal of impurities and specific binding of plasmid DNA, respectively. This kit is suitable for extracting plasmids from 1-50mL Escherichia coli cultured overnight. The extracted plasmids can be used for molecular biology experiments such as sequencing, in vitro transcription and translation, restriction enzyme digestion, and bacterial transformation. The kit can be operated manually or combined with an automated nucleic acid extractor to achieve automated high-throughput extraction.
