• Product Overview: This is a kind of polymer resin with large pore structure, with good physical and chemical properties, long service life, no need to change often, stable performance, high work efficiency.

• Notes: (1) The water used in the resin process is deionized water.
  (2) The resin bed should avoid the generation of bubbles to prevent the bias caused by bubbles, affecting the use of resin.
  (3) To prevent resin contamination, resin after use, must be thoroughly cleaned with water to remove the accumulation of impurities during operation quality.
  (4) During the transportation process, it is strictly prevented from mixing with odors, toxic substances and strong oxidants, and tar has no pollution on resin
  Reversibility should be avoided. Winter transportation needs to pay attention to keep warm and prevent the resin sphere from freezing and cracking.
  (5) Inorganic salts should be avoided as far as possible in the resin pore and surface crystallization, affecting the resin adsorption effect.
  (6) Handling, loading and unloading operations should be light and slow, stacking stable, regular, do not violently beat.
• Storage: (1) The resin is very stable under the usual storage and use conditions, insoluble in water, acid, alkali and organic solvents, and does not react with them chemically.
  (2) The resin needs a certain amount of water, storage and storage process, should prevent the resin water loss. If it is found that the resin loses water and becomes dry, the resin should be soaked in saturated salt water to slowly expand the resin, and then gradually dilute the salt water concentration.
  (3) Prevent the resin from freezing or heat. The general storage temperature of the resin is 5-40°C, if the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃, the resin can be soaked in a certain concentration of salt water to achieve the purpose of antifreezing. If the ambient temperature is higher than 40°C, the resin can be store indoors, away from light.
  (4) The storage time of the resin is not easy to be too long, and it is generally best not to exceed 1 year.
  (5) In the storage process, it is strictly prevented from mixing with odors, toxic substances and strong oxidants.
