Product Overview | CG161 chromatography resins are macroporous polymeric resins for reversed phase HPLC. These crosslinked DVB resins have a mean pore diameter of 150 Å as measured by N2 BET and are ideally suited for small peptides and oligonucleotides, as well as small molecule drugs. With high mechanical robustness and chemical resistance, these resins are excellent alternatives to reverse phase silica such as C18 silica. CG161C is supplied in a slurry of 50% resin by volume in an 80/20 (v/v) mixture of water and ethanol. |
