• Product Overview: These PreDictor RoboColumn minicolumns are prepacked with MabSelect SuRe protein A chromatography resin for purification of monoclonal antibodies in downstream processing. The alkali-stable ligand withstands repeated cleaning-in-place with 0.1 to 0.5 M NaOH.
• Description: PreDictor RoboColumn units are prepacked, miniaturized columns that support HTPD using a robotic liquid handling workstation, such as Freedom Evo from Tecan, for fully automated and parallel chromatographic separations. Perform HTPD work using PreDictor RoboColumn units, alone or as a complement to PreDictor 96-well filter plates.
