• Product Overview: Effective Size Range: 10 kDa to 250 kDa.
  Protein Bands: 10kDa, 15kDa, 20kDa, 25kDa, 30kDa, 40kDa, 50kDa, 72kDa, 100kDa, 130kDa, 250kDa. The 72 kDa band is orange and the 25 kDa band is green. This product is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot.
  Ready-to-use: No need to heat, dilute or add reducing agents before use.
  Loading Volumes: 5-10μL.

• Applications: This product is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot.
• Notes: 1. At low gel concentrations, low molecular weight proteins will swim in front of the dye.
  2. High molecular weight proteins may require prolonged transfer times or higher transfer voltages during Western blot. It is also recommended to avoid adding SDS to the transfer buffer, but if necessary, the concentration of SDS should not exceed 0.02%-0.04%.
  3. Pre-stained proteins may have different apparent molecular weights in different buffer systems. By pre-labeling with non-pre-stained proteins in the same buffer system, the approximate molecular weight of the protein can be determined.
• Storage: It is recommended to store at -20°C. The unopened prestained color protein ladder can be stored in storage buffer at 4°C for up to 2 months.
