| Product Overview | This column is a novel affinity medium synthesized by coupling alkali-tolerant Protein A to a high-rigidity agarose matrix. Its optimized pore structure enhances antibody binding capacity. It is suitable for capturing monoclonal antibodies or Fc-fusion proteins from large-scale cell culture supernatants, and polyclonal antibodies from ascites or plasma. It can be cleaned in place with 0.1–0.5 M NaOH, avoiding costly and corrosive cleaning agents. Compared with similar products, it has higher binding capacity, enabling smaller column volumes during process scale-up to reduce production costs. |
