| AC-035A | Protein A Affinity Resin (High Capacity, Alkali Stable) |
|
| Product Overview | This resin product is a novel affinity medium synthesized by coupling alkali-tolerant Protein A to a high-rigidity agarose matrix. Its optimized pore structure enhances antibody binding capacity. It is suitable for capturing monoclonal antibodies or Fc-fusion proteins from large-scale cell culture supernatants, as well as polyclonal antibodies from ascites or plasma. The medium can be cleaned in place (CIP) using 0.1–0.5 M NaOH, avoiding the use of expensive and corrosive cleaning agents, effectively reducing costs. Compared with similar products, it has higher binding capacity, allowing smaller column volumes during process scale-up to lower production costs. |
