Product Overview This resin product is a next-generation, highly alkali-tolerant Protein A affinity medium. The Protein A ligand is expressed in E. coli. Compared with similar products, it provides stronger alkali tolerance (CIP with 0.5–1.0 M NaOH) and higher binding capacity. Smaller column volumes can be used during process scale-up to reduce production costs. It is suitable for capturing monoclonal antibodies or Fc-fusion proteins from large-scale cell culture supernatants, and polyclonal antibodies from ascites or plasma.
