| AC-039A | Protein A Affinity Resin |
|
| Product Overview | This resin product is a novel affinity chromatography medium prepared by coupling recombinant alkali-tolerant Protein A ligands to a high-rigidity agarose matrix. Compared with similar products, the ligand is more stable, allows higher flow rates, and generates lower back pressure. It is suitable for capturing monoclonal antibodies or Fc-fusion proteins from large-scale cell culture supernatants, as well as polyclonal antibodies from ascites or plasma. The medium can be cleaned in place with 0.1–0.5 M NaOH, avoiding expensive and corrosive reagents, and is suitable for industrial-scale production. |
