• Product Overview: This resin product is a next-generation, alkali-tolerant Protein A affinity medium. The Protein A ligand is expressed in E. coli. Compared with similar products, it offers stronger alkali resistance (CIP with 0.5–1.0 M NaOH) and improved pressure-flow performance. It is suitable for capturing monoclonal antibodies or Fc-fusion proteins from large-scale cell culture supernatants, as well as polyclonal antibodies from ascites or plasma.
