Protein L Affinity Resin

• Product Overview: This affinity resin is prepared by coupling Protein L ligands to a high-rigidity agarose matrix. Compared with similar products, the high-rigidity matrix allows faster flow rates and lower back pressure. Protein L binds strongly to the variable region of antibody kappa light chains, making this column suitable for capturing various antibody fragments from large-scale cell culture supernatants, including Fab, single-chain variable fragments (scFv), and domain antibodies (dAbs).
