The commonly used Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 has low sensitivity and takes a long time, while ordinary silver staining has high sensitivity, but the process is more cumbersome, the pollution is relatively large, and the solution is not easy to store. This reagent has high sensitivity, low background, and clear protein bands. The experiment is convenient and fast. It can be completed in about 1 hour. It can detect protein bands of at least 10 ng. It is composed of staining solution and decolorizing solution.
