• Product Overview: ReadyToProcess chromatography columns are validated high-performance bioprocessing columns that are supplied prepacked and ready for use.These ReadyToProcess columns are prepacked with MabSelect Xtra chromatography resin for purification of monoclonal antibodies and Fc-fusion proteins at process scale.
• Description: MabSelect Xtra has the same recombinant Protein A ligand as the MabSelect resin but is based on a high-flow agarose base matrix with increased porosity and a slightly decreased particle size, resulting in increased binding capacity and opportunities to capture larger entities such as Fc-fusion proteins.
• Characteristic: Improved process economics through reduced raw material costs and/or reduced number of cycles.
  High purity capture due to high ligand selectivity and matrix hydrophilicity.
  Slightly lower pressure/flow properties compared with MabSelect SuRe and MabSelect resins.
