This product is a ready-to-use three-color protein standard, containing 10 kinds of pre-stained proteins, covering various molecular weights from 10 to 180 kDa (9 to 170 kDa in Bis-Tris (MOPS)). 10 to 170kDa in Tris (MES) buffer). When separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-Glycine buffer), the protein is covalently coupled to the blue chromophore, except for the two reference bands (one green band and one red band at 25kDa and 75kDa, respectively) )
Form
1 ml buffer contains approximately 0.1, 0.4 mg of protein, 2% SDS, 0.2 mM DTT, 3.6 M urea and 15% (v/v) glycerol.
Applications
Used to monitor protein separation during SDS-PAGE, verify the Western transfer efficiency on the membrane (PVDF, nylon or nitrocellulose) and estimate the size of the protein

Quality control analysis
Under normal conditions, the 3-color Regular Range Protein Marker showed 10 bands (Tris-glycine buffer) on a 15% SDS-PAGE gel and subsequent immunoblotting to a nitrocellulose membrane.
Loading volume
15-well or 10-well micro-gels can be clearly seen by loading 3μl or 5μl electrophoresis respectively.The Western membrane transfer efficiency test is generally 1.5~2.5 μl.
