rTrypsin 3.0 is a cutting-edge recombinant protease engineered with a unique gene sequence and methylated lysines. It provides rapid protein hydrolysis with zero self-degradation. Designed for high-performance applications, it is ideal for single-cell proteomics, large-scale cohort studies, and detailed protein characterization.
Physical Appearance
Lyophilized powder with 20 μg Trehalose
Molecular Weight
23.7 kDa
Resuspension Buffer
Achieve a 0.5 μg/μL concentration by dissolving in 40 μL of 50 mM acetic acid.
Storage
Preserve the lyophilized solid at –20 °C; store the active enzyme at –80 °C after reconstitution.
