| Product Overview | rProtein A Seplife Suno is a Protein A affinity chromatography filler developed in response to the requirements of antibody customers. It uses spherical, highly crosslinked agarose gel as a matrix to bond alkaline resistant recombinant protein A to this matrix through independent innovation technology. It can be specifically bound to the Fc region of antibodies and used for the isolation and purification of antibodies (monoclonal antibody and polyclonal antibody). With one-step affinity chromatography, high purity antibodies can be obtained from ascites, serum or culture medium samples. |
