Saliva DNA Kit contains superparamagnetic microspheres and prefabricated extraction buffers for simple and efficient nucleic acid extraction from 0.2-1.0mL saliva samples or oral swab samples. The extracted products can be used for PCR amplification, enzyme digestion and detection.
