• Description: SDB1-HIC Resin is designed for hydrophobic interaction chromatography. On the surface of cross‐linked poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) base bead, aromatic hydrophobic benzyl ligands are attached via chemical bonding, which provides hydrophobic interaction with analytes. Suited for aggregate removal from monoclonal antibody monomer in flow-through mode at low salt concentrations. Use for purification of a wide range of biomolecules, including therapeutic proteins, antibody fragments, antibody drug conjugates, and enzymes.
