Superose 12 Prep Grade

• Product Overview: Good resolution separations of proteins and other biomolecules according to size, Wide separation range – separations in a molecular weight range from 1000 up to 300,000. Excellent reproducibility and durability.
  Superose 12 is for high resolution purification of proteins from 1 × 10³ to 3 x 10⁵ molecular weight, while Superose 12 Prep Grade is useful for preparative purification of these higher molecular weight proteins.

• Cleaning-in-place: 1. Change the filter on the top of the medium bed (HR 16/50) following the instructions supplied with the Filter Kit HR 16 (see "Spare parts and accessories").
  2. Wash with 0.1 M-0.2 M NaOH: Turn the column up side down, inject at least 1/3 of the column volume and then elute with distilled water.
  3. Equilibrate before your next run, check pH, and turn the column back to normal position.
