• Outline: This HPLC solution is primarily used for gel permeation chromatography.
  This product contains butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) at a concentration of about 0.03% as a stabilizer to prevent tetrohydrofuran (THF) oxidation from oxidizing and degrading the column. Analysis at a refractive index or 300 nm or higher is recommended because of the product's tendency to absorb UV wavelengths of 250 to 300 nm. Use THF without a stabilizer if you intend to perform detection within the UV spectrum.
