Unstained Protein Marker I, Low Range

• Product Overview: The low range of the protein Marker is a mixture of purified protein and known amino acid sequence. When analyzed by Tricine-SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Blue R-250, they were resolved into 9 clear bands.
• Form: 62 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.0, 1 mM EDTA, 4% sucrose, 0.5% DTT, 2% SDS and 0.005% bromophenol blue.
• Characteristic: There is no need for a high loading volume, generally 3ul-5ul can make the band clearly visible.
• Applications: Tricine-SDS-PAGE
• Storage: Store at -20°C.
• Notes: 1. Heat the protein non-prestained Marker I at 95~100°C for 3~5 minutes. 2. 30 μl size can be added to 10 mini-gels (8 x 10 cm) holes. 3. 100 μl size can be added to 30 mini-gels (8 x 10 cm) holes.
