Non-prestained protein Marker II is a mixture of five purified proteins, which is pre-diluted with loading buffer and used for SDS-PAGE. After SDS-PAGE and Coomassie brilliant blue staining, 5 bright and clear bands will be formed in the range of 14.4 kDa to 97 kDa.

Unstained Protein Marker II has undergone thermal denaturation treatment. It can be directly loaded for electrophoresis or heated at 95°C for 5-10 minutes to completely denature the protein. After cooling, mix well and add it to the SDS-PAGE gel.
